RTR selects CTS Advertising to market airtimes for 30 local TV stations
RTR markets national and multi-local campaigns broadcast on thirty local television channels in France. These advertising campaigns are sold at GRP cost since the partner channels subscribed to the audience measurement in 2018.
As part of an increase of its business, the sales house was looking for a professional software to optimize and simplify the management and the follow-up of the marketed advertising campaigns. In particular, the software had to be compatible with the EDI exchange format used by French media agencies.
RTR has chosen the ad sales software CTS Advertising in its Cloud version. The software allows in particular to build the media plans, to automatically calculate the net budget of the campaigns, to validate the advertising playlists for the partner channels, and to generate the necessary documents for the customers.
As part of this project, the sales team has benefited from the following new features of CTS Advertising:
- Import of audiences by target allowing to build plans with a GRP cost objective.
- Categorization of the commercial breaks
- Selection of multiple discounts and/or increases for the cascading calculation of the campaign net budget
- New target indicators (budget, number of spots, GRP) divided by day part, format, period to simplify the implementation of briefs
- import media plans from the TV media planning software PopCorn
